Jamie Moyer(12-3) thrilled the fans at Great American Bpk as he crafted a
no-hit masterpiece against the Florida Marlins. The Cincinnati Reds won by a
final score of 4 to 0.

Moyer was obviously at the top of his game as he set the Florida batters down
like so many dominoes. He walked 4 Florida batters. The Cincinnati players
and coaches started to leave Moyer alone with his thoughts after the game
reached the 7th inning. By the time the 9th inning rolled around, you could
hear a pin drop every time he went to his wind-up - and an explosion after
every out. Cincinnati managed 7 in their victory.

Carlos Zambrano(10-5) was the losing pitcher. It took a while to pry Moyer
way from his teammates as they all wanted to show their appreciation and joy.
Finally, however, George McDonald got to offer his own congratulations with
a big bear hug and the comment, 'That was one of the best pitched games I
have seen in all my years in baseball - Moyer was masterful out there
tonight!'
